Already in the final stretch towards the great weekend that will host Rock Imperium Festival 2022, there are some last minute changes.
First of all, we celebrate the additions of Opera Magna, champions of the best national power metal, who join the block on Saturday 25 and the british Bush, who will storm the Rock Imperium stages presenting their latest work, “Kingdom” (2020) with their amazing direct. The latter joins the lineup for Friday 24.
Another relevant change will be that our friends Saurom will appear in the lineup for Saturday the 25th, and not on Friday the 24th as planned.
On the other hand, the Japanese Loudness will not be able to attend the event as planned and they send us this statement:
“We are very sad to announce that the first part of our tour scheduled for June must be canceled. To this day, the Japanese government strongly advises its citizens not to leave the country due to the continued presence of COVID, as well as the ongoing Ukraine war. We still hope that things will get better and that we can soon come back and play for our fans in Spain.”
Lastly, and with much regret, the Ukrainians Jinjer have definitively dropped from the Rock Imperum Festival 2022 poster. The difficult situation in Ukraine since the armed conflict broke out on February 24 makes it impossible for the band to participate. From here we send our deepest desire for peace so that the war ends as soon as possible.
Next week we will be able to announce the official schedules of Rock Imperium Festival for its first edition this 2022.
